**Reports to: Director and Managers**
**Overview**
We are looking to recruit an Administrator or office manager to join the team and assist with all matters throughout. You will receive one-to-one training and support to assist but alot of it will be for new methods to be implemented to help the office run more smoothly.
Administration experience is essential.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the arranging of property viewing bookings, dealing with investors
- Monitoring and developing the company's website and social media presence.
- Supporting the support workers
- Supporting the finance department
- Supporting the HR department
- Ensuring that all the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations from recruitment to retirement with the assistance of our internal HR and external HR consultants.
- Looking for opportunities to improve our ways of working and our service to customers.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Maintaining company policies and procedures including health and safety.
**Essential Skills, Qualifications and experience**
- Strong IT skills / secretarial skills
- Very compatable with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel / SharePoint/ Google Sheets or equivalent
- Conversant with Microsoft Teams / Zoom
- Very strong organisational skills / able to manage deadlines for the team
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
- Accurate with a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communicator
- Willingness to learn new skills
