Job Title: Trainee Office Administrator

**(We are NOT looking for an experienced accounts clerk)**

Based: Mottram

Reporting to the Office Manager

9am - 3pm

**Role is for 3 days per week 9 - 3pm.** MUST work **Fridays** but flexible Mon - Thursday.

Purpose: To support company operations by providing administrative support to the office, answering telephones, taking detailed messages, general administration including typing, filing and photocopying.

To be successful in the role, you will have a good level of IT literacy and experience of using MS office packages; previous office experience is not necessary but will be an advantage. Above all your excellent customer service skills towards other team members and clients are what we are looking for.

In return you will be offered a competitive salary and a holiday allowance, a pension and other benefits working within a friendly and supportive team learning day to day from an experienced Office Manager.

On the job training will be provided. We are looking for enthusiasm, positive character, a good communicator and a willing to do attitude.
