The Organisational Learning and Improvement team are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a positive attitude and excellent organisation skills, to join the team.

We are a small team with a large ambition, who encourage people to learn and develop both personally, professionally, individually and as part of a team; enabling all of our people across the Trust to support and deliver outstanding patient care.

This position is a 12 month fixed term role and is a great opportunity to support the administration of Learning and Development activity across the Trust.

To provide effective and accurate support to the Organisational Learning and Improvement Team in relation to the organisation and administration of the range of support offers including training delivery, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, quality improvement support, team development

To extract and input data in both paper and computerised systems, liaising with other departments as appropriate regarding information relating to training records and associated costs, using electronic staff record (ESR)

To respond to queries from employees and managers and provide them with information relating to the OLI support offer, referring them to appropriate members of the team where necessary.

To provide general administrative support to all OLI team members including but not limited to diary management, room bookings, ordering supplies, often being the first point of contact for access to the team.

The Organisational Learning and Improvement team consists of Learning & Improvement Administrators, a Compliance Manager and Learning and Improvement Leads. We work collaboratively within the wider People and OD Team.

Maintain digital filing systems relating to the delivery of support programmes and individual training records

Assist in the maintenance of electronic resources, website with regards to course / publicity materials.

Organise and take responsibility for maintaining adequate levels of stationery that are used on a daily basis within the department.

Maintain the ESR training records by updating individuals training records and ensuring competency profiles are kept up to date for all staff

Support in the data entry of Personal Development Reviews.

Support with rooms bookings and refreshments for learning and improvement sessions.

Access data as required to produce reports and provide information to senior members of the team and service managers, adhering to appropriate data protection legislation.

Request, collect and collate data in support of learning and improvement activities and required reporting arrangements.

Prioritise own workload and manage time effectively to ensure that deadlines are met, referring to the Training Manager to resolve any conflicting priorities.

Provide administrative support to the OLI team including arranging meetings, typing, raising invoices and other basic administrative duties as required.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.

Take responsibility for own professional development.

Provide New Starters with relevant access to ESR
