Highways Technical Officer

By becoming a** Highways Technical Officer** with us, you'll be contributing to the delivery of services to maintain and improve essential infrastructure that impacts the lives of **Lincolnshire** residents and visitors to the county on a daily basis. **About The Role**:
This post is critical, helping to provide high quality flexible and resilient technical capability across the service through delivering functions relating to operational systems, processes, and protocols. You will contribute to a conscientious culture of proactive, future-focused service delivery.
There is a varied and challenging workload on offer where you will assist with the design of infrastructure projects, and aspects of programmes of work as well as undertake aspects of project delivery and execution from inception to completion. You will also contribute to the asset management of highway infrastructure, including asset-related programmes of work whilst helping to maintain and promote TSP as a centre of technical excellence.
All the while you will be building excellent relationships alongside managing challenging timescales.

**About You**:
You are likely to already have STEM related Level 3 qualifications, but certainly at Level 2.
