**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:

- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.

**Salary**: £35,142-£40,246/ €37,700-€56,500 depending on experience + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Flexible First options available

As Asset Management Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Asset Integration Manager and Programmes Team who coordinate and execute the integration strategy and delivery of Operations and Maintenance Projects for all Onshore Wind, Solar and Battery assets, including internal SSE development projects and acquisitions from third parties. In addition to this activity the role will also manage Graduates & Apprentices throughout their educational development.

Main accountabilities may include:

- Supporting Integration Manager and Engineers to ensure assets and sites are integrated effectively and that this is documented appropriately. This will include, meeting minute taking, action tracking and distribution of key asset handover meetings. Developing and influencing continuous improvement via a robust stakeholder management and lesson learned process. Performing auditing and governance checks of processes and systems.
- Coordinating and delivering Graduate & Apprenticeship budget build and quarterly performance reviews. Liaising with Line Managers to ensure progress to educational requirements and formal check ins, interim and end of year reviews are completed.
- Ensuring compliance with Large Capital Projects Governance Manual requirements, including preparation for Gate reviews and Assai document management procedure. Undertake various tasks to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of business processes, serving as a technical expert. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively drive productivity of document creation and approval from refinement to completion for Capital Project. Ensuring the team know our standards so that compliance targets are achieved.
- Understanding resource requirements for the growth and build plan for both Integration of Development Construction Projects and O&M Projects.
- Being a Local Safety Committee Representative and Safety Family champion, challenging unsafe acts. Promote the health and wellbeing support available to colleagues, demonstrating your commitment to taking care of ourselves and each.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Experience of Asset Management Systems, preferably but not essentially within the utilities, process or oil and gas sector and other industries will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail. You will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels in a professional and efficient manner.
- Advanced IT skills are essential to effectively analyse data and governance and deliver formal presentations. (Experience with Power BI and SharePoint would be beneficial).
- Good People Management skills. You will have a strong desire to positively influence inexperienced colleagues.
- Understanding of Project Delivery and associated requirements.
