SENIOR BUSINESS CO-ORDINATOR PERMANENT JOB - HYBRID WORKING SHEFFIELD BASED £27500

Hays is partnering exclusively with an extremely successful business consultancy in Sheffield.
**Your new role**
- Collaboration with consultants every step of the way through the project
- Maintain and develop relationships with all parties
- Manage the data and tracking of enquiries
- Updating all of the bidding data regularly (in line with GDPR)
- Setting out time tables of activities
This is a very technical administrative position with lots of room for progression and development.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Numerical confidence with the ability to develop and analyse commercial proposals.
- Clear communication skills, with a high standard of both written and spoken English.
- Strong editing and proof-reading skills & high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisation & administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Time management / prioritisation skills & evidence of previous experience.
- Flexibility to cope with several jobs simultaneously to agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work independently whilst retaining a team-based approach and maintaining strong personal relationships.
- Demonstrable IT skills including high level of competence with MS Office, particularly advanced levels of Word and Excel.
