This role entails

In this role, you'll report to the Director of Transformation Operations. Your mission: develop and execute a winning business change strategy for our Data Transformation Programme. You'll craft effective strategies for change and engagement across ITV, using best practices and a people-focused approach to drive success in this crucial initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create an overall business change approach and plan to enable organisational strategic goals and drive adoption of data driven technologies, operating model changes and ways of working.
- Lead the delivery of the business change plan for the programme to time and budget
- Assume accountability for the deliverables required to deliver the business change approach and plan, including outlining the expected behavioural change required and how to measure the effectiveness of the strategy (change success) through establishing key metrics and tracking mechanisms
- Coordinate delivery timelines, manage interdependencies and delivery milestones with the Data Strategy Programme Director
- Partner with leadership to co-create the business engagement approach for the programme, to build awareness, understanding, and support from ITV Teams at all levels
- including executives, managers, and employees
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with proposed changes, and develop plans accordingly
- Assess the readiness of individuals, teams, and the organisation as a whole for change, and implement strategies to address any barriers or resistance
- Understand and manage stakeholders’ requirements and expectations to ensure their understanding of the programme
- Contain and resolve issues within Programme set up and governance
- Create and maintain a strong relationship with internal communications teams to successfully land the key change messages, ensuring Programme comms are aligned to internal comms guidelines and broader ITV communications plans
- Support ongoing development of ITV change methodologies and materials to build change capability

**To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills** **(minimum role** **criteria)**:

- Extensive experience of working in cross-functional programme teams and the delivery of change in fast-moving environments.
- Vast knowledge of change management methodologies including ADKAR, tools, and techniques and a track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives
- Experience of working closely and influencing senior stakeholders and programme sponsors (to board level)
- Experienced in business change where the reliance has not been solely on top down mandate from the Leadership team
- Ability to operate independently, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders and proactively seeking feedback
- Experience within a data & insight or technology team, ideally within the broadcast or media industry

- Deep understanding of business drivers for effective change management and ability to influence, create, and solution process problems and challenges across multiple lines of business
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess and anticipate potential impacts and risks associated with changes.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner with proven stakeholder communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to present with impact to and engage Executive Teams
- Consultative approach to relationship management, networking and influencing skills
