**Customer Service Advisor - Lanarkshire - Permanent - £19,305 p/a**

**Do you have a background in managing customer accounts? Do you have the ability to service new and existing customers and create a customer-for-life type of relationship?**

Joining a small but ambitious team, you will work closely with the Customer Account Manager to become an expert in the products available and quickly start to be the point of contact for all of your customers, building long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. You will be a personable, bubbly and hard-working person who enjoys getting to know the ins and out's of the customers, establishing needs, and matching specific products accordingly.

To be considered for this position, you will have strong experience in a telephony-based environment focussing on customer account management. You will be driven by improving product distribution and proactively driving agreement renewals. You will also be passionate about acting as a brand ambassador, taking ownership of your own client base, and delivering effective product information to the market.

**This is a permanent opportunity, working Monday - Friday 9-5.**

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Making outbound calls to an existing client base
- Managing your own diary and arranging callbacks at the most suitable time for clients
- Order processing through upselling of additional products
- Ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service
- Proactive calling into customer segments to understand their needs and explain product/equipment value, to grow product consumption and reduce customer churn.
- Build relationships with customers based on trust and respect, encourage trial and ongoing purchase of a broader range of suppliers
- Actively renew agreements where customers are out of contract.
- Interact with sales agents where appropriate to facilitate a quick, seamless outcome for customers to receive the service they require
