**The Job - Overview**

We have an opportunity for a new member to join our accounts team to prepare and complete outgoing sales invoices and general admin responsibilities.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Checking labour and material costs against completed jobs and raising sales invoices to clients
- Dealing with client invoice queries
- Assisting the financial controller
- General accounts office duties

**The Successful Applicant**

Experience on Sage and Xero is essential and required. The company operates several portals such as Job flow and Ostara, so experience on those systems will be very beneficial.
