**What will you be doing?**

You will be part of a small team working with our supplier network managing a broad portfolio of rewards including prepaid cards, gift cards, digital rewards, experiences, travel and merchandise incentives. The role demands real attention to detail to ensure our reward catalogues are maintained and accurate.

**What are the key responsibilities of the role?**
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Maintain product database systems and supplier information with accuracy
- Configuration of catalogues and site content using in-house systems
- Assist and troubleshoot with reward order query management
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on reward related activity
- Work directly with clients to solution & deliver reward requirements
- Carry out operational tasks such as order processing, cancellations & reporting
- Invoice auditing and reconciliation
- Support with reward analysis, whilst driving improvements
- Support with researching and onboarding new suppliers

**Skills and Experience**
- You will demonstrate commercial awareness and be confident in managing live cost and pricing information in our systems.
- You will be a key contributor to the team’s success, this role requires a hands-on approach to proactively manage rewards and suppliers, monitor performance, and provide issue resolution as required.
- You will excel in attention to detail and be comfortable following processes where needed to complete some more complex tasks.

**What will make you a success?**
- Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
- Experience of using Web-Based Applications and Databases
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in supplier or catalogue management/supply chain, ecommerce, or a similar role is preferred
- Hands on, proactive & self-motivated
- Excellent communicator with a professional verbal and written manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
