Are you an experienced professional, well-versed in Supply planning, and ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a skilled Supply Planner who will take on the responsibility of managing the end-to-end supply planning for a range of categories across all Costa platforms. In this role, you will be honing your skills in collaboration with our operations, procurement and category functions to create a stock and order plan based on the demand forecast for all products in the range, allowing you to make your mark and further your career within the fast-paced coffee industry. A bit about the role...
- Your role will deliver the agreed availability of skus whilst ensuring stock levels are kept to a minimum and mínimal product is written off or becomes a financial risk
- You will be working in collaboration with operations, procurement and category functions to create a stock and order plan based on the demand forecast for all products in the range
- Expected to work with 3rd parties and suppliers to agree on a supply plan and monitor the product flow from suppliers delivering into our distribution network
- Work with operational teams to understand how new openings, site refreshes and new campaigns impact supply and adjust plans
- Develop and maintain reporting that supports day-to-day decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sales and order plans are executed as planned and with the right levels of availability.
- Analyse supplier performance monitor KPIs and provide a narrative for review.
- Ranging controls to ensure mínimal write-off and exit management
- Manage the supply planning part of the new menu change for your range, ensure all upstream tasks are completed on time, allocations are agreed, PO’s placed and communications are in place to ensure no stock write-off.
