Given the recent growth within Foundation 92, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a

motivated and committed Outreach Coordinator to join Foundation 92s ever-expanding Youth and Engagement Team.

All postholders will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS clearance prior to the

commencement of employment. The postholder must possess a full, clean, UK Driving

License.

Postholders will be responsible for the organization and delivery of Foundation 92s

partnership programme to tackle anti-social behaviour on the transport network. Through partnerships with Greater Manchester Police and TravelSafe, the postholder will work with victims of crime on the transport network, and deliver educational workshops and

personal development sessions to help victims articulate their voice and support young people back onto the transport network. Through the use of a mobile hub, the post holder will be responsible for engaging with young people and establish and maintain strong,

professional relationships with the young people. The post holder will be required to work both evenings and weekends, with shift patterns being 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of post holders are as follows;
- Design, develop and deliver engagement strategies to complete impactful and successful educational and personal development sessions.
- Work collaboratively with a range of external partners such as Transport for Greater Manchester and TravelSafe to ensure that young people most at need, are able to access this service.
- Support young people back onto the transport network by supporting them to articulate their voice and integrate them into the community.
- Ensure the ongoing development and implementation of positive working relationships with existing Foundation 92 partners, alongside the ongoing development of new and positive working relationships with business and education partners, ensuring that young people are always provided with diverse and enriching outcomes.
- Be responsible for the staffing rota, ensuring that all sessions are appropriately staffed.
- Recruit and retain new staff members to strengthen the programme.
- Line manage 1 Youth Voice and Community Justice Mentor.
- Attend monthly youth partnership meetings.
