**R&D Junior Associate - Air Wick (Liquid Electrical)**

**Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire**

Focusing on our Hygiene category within our Air Wick team - you’ll help drive new product development as the technical project lead on key projects such as fragrance and formulation on key formats like Liquid Electricals. **Working a 50/50 split between lab and office you could find yourself participating in fragrance evaluations, leading all lab activities including stability, claim support testing and sensory evaluations, designing new test methodology, creating and initiating test plans to solve key technical problems and owning the end to end development of projects within the team as well providing mentoring/coaching to more junior colleagues.**

**You’ll succeed because**
- You are degree qualified in a Science Discipline
- You have experience of working within an FMCG environment
- You are confident in taking the lead on projects
- You are a self starter and capable of working independently
- You are a strong communicator, good at negotiating and liaising with stakeholders
- You may have previous experience of line management (this is a desirable)
