**This Merton-based Secondary Academy is looking for a professional and dedicated Behaviour Specialist to join their highly respected school. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will monitor and support students' overall progress and development as a mentorand course facilitator. As well as, facilitate and encourage a support/intervention experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. The successful Behaviour Specialist will have GCSE Maths and English at gradeC or above, or equivalent - Undergraduate degree is desired, but not essential.
