A Fantastic opportunity has come about Sitting as part of the Specialty Division Assurance team.
This role would be amazing for anyone who loves developing relationships, loves meeting new people and has good strong people skills delivering and present to people at across the division
You would be responsible for oversight, quality assurance and monitoring of our partners to both keep the business in line with regulatory requirements but also help with growth and initiatives.
There would be an expectation to travel for maybe 3 days a week largely to the London and Midlands area therefore whilst not a deal breaker as we would consider most locations, ideally you would live midlands South.
Ideally you will have Actuis knowledge and some insurance broking or compliance knowledge
Key responsibilities:
- Oversight of the AR onboarding process - to include working with relationship owners to identify appropriate relationships, assisting with preparation of a business cases and establishing documentation needs (in conjunction with Compliance)
- Ensuring that regulatory and product training is provided to all AR employees involved in insurance distribution activities (and that minimum annual CPD requirements are met).
- Ongoing monitoring and management - to include adherence to Group policies, ownership of the programme of AR reviews, monitoring financial promotions, carrying out risk assessments and offering ad-hoc guidance to the relationship owners.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust QA framework.
- Handling complaints received through, or about, an AR - and conducting root cause analysis.
- Ensuring any terminations are conducted in an orderly manner.
- Collating and ratifying information for FCA returns, assisting with the Specialty Board’s annual self-assessment of AR oversight arrangements and feeding into GRC reviews of AR policies and procedures.
