Our client is one of the leading independent Plant suppliers in the south of Sheffield.

We are working closely with them to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team based in Sheffield.

Main purpose of job:

- To plan, coordinate and monitor the provision and supply of consumables, spares and re-conditioned parts.
- To plan, coordinate and monitor the provision of in-house and site Service activities.
- To plan, coordinate and monitor the provision and supply of lifting equipment on a Hire basis

Duties to Include
- To answer calls, process customer enquiries and orders
- To plan and monitor on-site engineers and workshop Service activities.
- To verify on receipt purchased products/supplies
- To process the returns of products/supplies to the supplier
- To advise the Service Manager in the event of customer complaints
- Update customers on the diagnosis of breakdowns and solutions including costs incurred.

Experience Required
- A strong Administration background
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Organised and able to plan
- Experience of speaking with Clients on the phone
