Our client, an expanding private practice based in the heart of Sheffield, are actively seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work within their New Enquiries team.

The New enquires team are the first point of contact for new clients enquiring about making a claim. They collate and chase documents so that these can be picked up by litigators. They also support with general office administrative duties where required.

Responsibilities include:

- Monitoring incoming phone lines for general enquires/new enquiries.
- Setting up new enquires on the system and taking initial claim details from clients across all business departments.
- Chasing documents and other evidence for enquiry files from clients and previous solicitors.
- Sending, chasing, and giving oral explanations to clients regarding our CFA and other introductory documents.
- Liaising with fee earning staff to create matters once CFA is received.
- Dealing with all other general customer queries.
- Assist with post process for all departments including, opening, scanning, distributing, and franking.
- Uploading any discs to the system.
- Making sure all office supplies are stocked.
- Ordering stationary and supplies when required.
- Scanning paper files where required to transfer to a paperless system.
- Assisting with general admin requests from fee earners, such as copying, printing, and posting files/discs

Required:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with both staff and members of the public
- Professional phone manner and written skills
- English GCSE (grade 9-1, A-C or Key Skills Level 2 or equivalent)
- Proven ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads
- Flexible approach to working depending on the needs and priorities of the department
- Capability to undertake all assignments in a timely manner
- Ability to build rapport with clients and managers
- Ability to prioritize tasks while working as well as be proactive when developing solutions to problems issues requests requests that may involve production delays or other factors outside of the control of the employee.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
