Comprehensive training will be provided, although a quick grasp of concepts and excellent computer proficiency are essential. This role is required to support and maintain Trust data quality including, but not restricted to Surrey Safe Care (Cerner), RTT and DM01 to the highest possible standards of accuracy and completeness and complies with national targets.
The successful applicant will be required to work with all levels of staff across the Trust and externally, including clinical staff and to plan and organise their own work schedule by using time and resources to best effect to meet local and national priorities and targets. They will also be required to contribute to related specialist projects where necessary, such as Lost to Follow Up, and Missing Outcomes.

Investigate data definition and quality issues and enable a sustainable solution to those issues.
To work closely with Information Services Team, Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, Clinical Office Team Leaders, Appointment Centre, RTT Access & Performance Facilitators, Clinical Office Coordinators, Diagnostic and Therapy Departments across all specialities within the Trust to ensure patients are actively managed through patient pathways.
Contribute towards the development and implementation of action plans arising from internal and external reviews, audits, validation exercises, and other related activities/ requirements for Surrey Safe Care (Cerner) and RTT data.
To help shape training modules through identifying and reporting user errors that create poor data quality within Surrey Safe Care (Cerner).
