The shift will begin at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00, allowing you to provide exceptional care to patients throughout the day.

Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive payment rate of £325 per shift, paid through an umbrella company. This allows you to focus on what you do best - delivering high-quality care to those who need it most.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients with complex mental health needs. Your ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, as well as independently, will be crucial in providing holistic care and support to patients and their families.

You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively document patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Your attention to detail and commitment to best practice will ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their stay at Lynfield Mount Hospital.
