HR Coordinator

**_Hybrid: 4 days from Home, 1 day in the Office per week_**
**_Up to £35,000 per annum + Pension + Private Medical + Life Assurance + 26 days Holiday + Other Great Benefits_**
**HR Coordinator’s Core Duties**
- Promptly respond to HR queries from employees and line managers and escalate as necessary
- Issue offers of employment and contractual changes letters, and employment contracts
- Draft letters for parental leave, leavers, reference requests, disciplinary and grievances
- Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding lifecycles
- Check 'right to work’ status for employees
- Ensure all monthly changes to payroll are reflected accurately liaising with the US HR team
- Manage the probationary period for new employees
- Work with the US to update HR databases employee lifecycle changes
- Support all payroll and benefits administration and queries
- Work with US colleagues on current projects
- Track absence data, identify trends, and create reports for the HR Manager
- Assist in updating internal processes and maintain excellent customer service
**HR Coordinator’s Skills Required**
- Previous experience working in an HR team
- CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification
- UK employment law knowledge - International HR employment law desirable
- Keen to develop and to take take on more responsibility
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be numerate
- Proactive and highly organised, able to juggle priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to go the 'extra mile’
- Ability to hand confidential and sensitive information
