**Job Overview**:
The Operations Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for all levels of employees in our Franchise network, with a focus on operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures. This individual will work closely with restaurant management teams to identify training needs and create customised training solutions that will improve performance and drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, and deliver training programs for new and existing franchisee operators, including kitchen staff and management.
- Identify training needs by observing and assessing employee performance, analysing data, and consulting with management teams
- Create customised training solutions that address specific needs using a variety of formats such as on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning modules
- Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed
- Develop and maintain training materials, including instructor guides, participant manuals, and assessments
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to managers and employees to ensure that training is being effectively applied on the job
- Collaborate with other departments, such as human resources and marketing, to ensure that training is aligned with overall business goals and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs using a variety of formats, such as on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning modules
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for the food industry and commitment to quality and customer service

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
