Position: Wind Operation Trainers (4 positions available)
Location: Enfield
Contract: Full time
Trainer Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Lead Trainer salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our teams as Wind Operations Trainer. This collaborative partnership between our Capital City College Training and3T Energy Group is set to deliver a cutting-edge Wind Operations program from our Enfield site.

We are also seeking to appoint on Lead Instructor to guide the training programs and mentor a group of trainers to ensure a cohesive and effective training environment. We are looking for the following Trainer/Instructors:
Mechanical

Rope Access instructor

GWO Working at Height & First Aid Instructors

**About you**:
As a Wind Operations Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping future wind industry professionals with the knowledge of skills they need to excel in their roles. You will provide high quality instruction on all aspects of wind operation to students.

You ideally will have training experience in renewable energy, engineering and working at heights, however training will be given, and you will be expected to be multi skilled in the provision by the end of the academic year.

You will be part of a groundbreaking project in the renewable energy sector, contributing to a sustainable future. You will have an opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge while shaping the next of generation of wind industry professionals, delivering a programme that encompasses:
GWO ART: Advanced Rescue Training

GWO EFA: Enhanced First Aid

GWO BST: Basic Safety Training

GWO BTT: Basic Technical Training

IRATA Ropes

GWO Control of Hazardous Energy
