Care and Support Trainer for Automotive Industry

Training Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer Facilitator for Electric Vehicle Education to join our team, responsible for facilitating engaging, interactive, and effective Electric Vehicle (EV) training to Motability Sales Specialists and Customer Services employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and programs, collaborating with the Customer Service Content Design Team, operational managers, EV teams, and Coaching Team.
- Utilize Learning platforms to track learner attendance, review training progress, and assess learner competency.
- Deliver virtual and classroom-based training sessions for around 10 participants, striking a balance between a warm, nurturing style and keeping training sessions on track.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering engaging and effective training in face-to-face classrooms or virtual environments.
- Familiarity with various training theories, methods, tools, and techniques.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to follow predefined training timetables, schedules, and content.
- A professional qualification in facilitation or training delivery (e.g. TAP Certification in training delivery / CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning and Development).
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
