Trainer Facilitator for Electric Vehicle Education

About the Role:

As a Care and Support Trainer for Automotive Industry, you will play a vital role in facilitating engaging, interactive, and effective Electric Vehicle (EV) training to Motability Sales Specialists and Customer Services employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative environment with the Customer Service Content Design Team, operational managers, EV teams, and Coaching Team to stay up-to-date with trends and training needs.
  • Utilize Learning platforms to track learner attendance, review training progress, and assess learner competency.
  • Deliver virtual and classroom-based training sessions for around 10 participants, striking a balance between a warm, nurturing style and keeping training sessions on track.
  • Maintain effective communication with Resource & Support Co-ordinators for training scheduling and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering engaging and effective training in face-to-face classrooms or virtual environments.
  • Familiarity with various training theories, methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to follow predefined training timetables, schedules, and content.
  • A professional qualification in facilitation or training delivery (e.g. TAP Certification in training delivery / CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning and Development).
  • Experience using a LMS/LXP platform to manage and track learner attendance, progress, and performance.
