We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our forward-thinking company located in Lancaster City Centre. **Your Job role**
- Handle data input and management in CRM systems.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a personable approach.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support day-to-day management of client interactions within the Customer Service team.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in data handling and data input using CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles
- Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
