This role is to provide financial administration, processing and governance whilst working closely with the Operations Team with the processing of purchase receipts. The role is broad covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, asset logging and expense processing.

**Responsibilities of the role**:
As a Finance Administrator, you will:

- Accurate input of Xero Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Quotes, Sales and Supply Chain orders on Xero and updating the various business and finance trackers
- Reconciliation of bank feeds
- Monitor Sales, flag and chase debtors
- Administration of Supplier Purchases Orders and coordination with Operations for Good Receipting
- Process and Administration of staff expenses
- Administration of recurring SIM portfolio
- Supporting the Senior Management Team with any ad hoc finance related activity or query
- General Filing
- Prepare and run BACS payments.
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the post as determined by the Finance Officer or CEO

**Required Experience**
- A very good knowledge of Excel
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Xero is desirable although experience with other platforms such as JDE or SAGE will be considered.
- Activity in a financial administrative / book-keeping environment
- Capable of following financial processes

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
