A well established and long standing local business are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their busy team in Lancaster.

The role includes:

- Assisting in scheduling of works to satisfy sales order commitments, projected demand. and finished goods stock holding requirements.
- Maintain purchase order documentation
- Creation of shipping notifications, booking in of deliveriesmatching up paperwork and ensuring its correct.
- Booking out and recording of packaging, maintenance of the Packaging Regulations data
- Creating customer order deliveries.
- Organising the transportation of goods to provide agreed customer delivery schedule.
- Receiving distributor and customer sales enquiries, ensuring that all relevant information is obtained and communicated in order to completely satisfy the requirement
- Checking quantity of material delivered against order (recording & reporting any discrepancies )
- Carry out stock adjustments on a daily basis in order to keep the stocks accurate at all times.

Our client is offering a salary of £23,300 25 days holidays plus bank holidays along with a host of great benefits on offer thatinclude private healthcare.
