**Key responsibilities of Internal Recruiter / Head Hunter / Resourcer**:

- Work with Area Relationship Managers (ARMs) and current sites to understand priorities and agree a recruitment plan for each opportunity
- Lead generation from recruitment activities such as headhunting, adverts, social media campaigns
- Work with the Recruitment Manager to deliver the strategy plan in relation to new openings and existing practice sales
- Work with the partnership recruitment manager to deliver marketing activity and new ideas are developed and implemented
- Maintain a strong social media presence

**About your experience**:
The role would suit an individual who can demonstrate experience of the full 360 recruitment cycle or high level professional resourcing supporting consultants, ideally gained within an agency environment. You will be proactive in your approach, with proven skills within direct sourcing through a variety of channels, including Headhunting, LinkedIn and social media. You will be experienced within lead generation, holding ‘cold’ conversations that detail a service / model / product to offer. MS Office skills (with a focus on Excel) are required, along with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
