International Account Manager

Cheltenham

We are excited to be working with this fantastic, international client in Gloucestershire. This is an amazing opportunity to join a unique organisation as they continue to grow and flourish. My client is seeking an individual, with passion, enthusiasm, and previous experience within FMCG to be part of an exciting organisation.


Responsibilities:

  • Delivering sales results and profit of key brands in overseas markets
  • Build and deliver annual plans for growth for key brands across the globe
  • Manage retailer promotional programs
  • Manage the fulfilment of stock to the market, working with the demand planning and logistics team, to ensure product availability and adequate stock levels at the distributor and the retailers.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans across major retailers and partner with overseas management of distributors
  • Communicating with buyers
  • Managing inventory and demand planning
  • Conducting and presenting external meetings with retailors – buyer management
  • Managing and building lasting client relationships with existing client accounts
  • Manage multi-channel business structure to maximize profit.


The Candidate:

  • Recent experience within an Account Management role, within FMCG would be advantageous
  • Proven experience of budget planning and accountability
  • Ability to plan detailed pricing and price promotion scenarios, analysing retailer, distributor and the company’s profitability.
  • Strong and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Appreciation and understanding of key international high fashion beauty and lifestyle markets would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel
