Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating precise and competitive quotes for customers, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise and competitive quotes for customers
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring goods are supplied within agreed credit limits and payment terms
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to boost sales
  • Identify and fulfill customer needs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Oversee orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating with suppliers and customers
  • Track projects using company software
  • Partner with the internal and external sales team to discover new quoting opportunities
  • Communicate with warehouse staff regarding stock levels

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's work experience in construction product-related sales or a technical product of some sort
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and promote a 'can-do' attitude
  • A positive team player with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Good organizational, administration, and coordination skills
  • Committed to providing a high standard of customer service
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
