We have TWO posts for Supported Housing Officers. In this fulfilling role, you will make a real difference to the lives of young people in supported housing. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the placements, providing support and semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16 or 17 who have been placed by Luton County Council. You will also work with the department and partner agencies (e.g. health, education) who are involved in helping young people fulfil their potential.

This is a broad role, in which you will provide a positive, safe and accepting environment for young people, while working closely with them to nurture and upskill them in a range of areas, including food, health, clothing, personal development and their wider aspirations.

You will need to be able to work shift patterns throughout the week alongside another Supported Housing Officer. The shifts are 8am - 4pm and 2pm-10pm with weekend working on a rota.
