We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Hard FM Compliance Lead **join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £68,000 with £3,500 car allowance and eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to develop systems and processes that provide effective and efficient compliance methodology to ensure the integrity of compliance data across operations. An important aspect of the Principal Operations Compliance Manager role is to establish effective management procedures and maintain a management regime to ensure NHSPS achieve compliance nationally. Another key focus of the role is to ensure a secure storage arrangement is in place to retain documentation and certification of statutory compliance and enable access when requested by NHSPS management and external parties.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience of leading in a complex environment
- Experience of leading a compliance function in a large and complex business
- Experienced to use and create systems based reporting tools.
- Experience and breadth in more than one sector
- Experience of leading managers and wider teams
- Experience of delivering change
- Track record of success in professional area
- Professional/technical know how - statutory requirements in a large organisation.
- Understanding of asset databases and management of assets i.e. change control
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Relevant legislative/regulatory frameworks
- NHS and NHS Long-term plan
- Broad understanding of modern people practices
- Technically qualified in an engineering or FM discipline
