About Us

Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are seeking a FM Maintenance and Compliance Manager to join their Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of over 25 staff, ensuring the maintenance of the council's essential infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance contracts and supply chain partners, as well as experience in managing FM Maintenance / Hard Services in a large organisation. They will also be NEBOSH qualified and have excellent leadership skills.

The role will involve:

  • Leading a team of maintenance, compliance, and premises management staff
  • Managing maintenance contracts and supply chain partners
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinating with other teams to deliver services

The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining and improving the quality of services provided and will have a strong understanding of the importance of safety regulations in a building environment.
