HR and Office Administrator

My client has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrator on a permanent basis, focusing primarily on HR and office admin whilst supporting finance during busy accounting periods.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain company vehicle motor insurance and issue fuel cards
- HR system administration, starters/leavers
- First point of contact for grievances/ER
- Updating job specs, employee handbook, contracts of employment
- Produce an internal company monthly newsletter
- Update executive team movement schedule
- Entering supplier and head office invoices onto accounting system
- Assist with issue customer statements
- Assist with credit card payment reconciliation
- Assist employees with processing expenses
**Requirements**:
- Some HR administration experience essential
- A capable Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A willingness to pitch in with a variety of duties
**Salary**:
- £25,000 per annum before pro rata working 10-4 hours £14,285 per annum (company might also be open to working 3 full time days a week)
- 25 days annual leave (Christmas off)
