**This rapidly growing Laboratory Services organisation is looking for a bright, organised and analytical individual to join the team as an Administrative Analyst.**

Based in the Elstree office, this is a newly created hybrid role, supporting the Group Laboratory Services Manager and team in two key areas - Admin - including day-to-day administrative duties, reporting, and Analysis & Reporting - working on projects ledby business activities, around data analytics, metrics and KPIs.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Administration_
- Set up meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required by the Group Laboratory Services Manager
- Undertake meeting minutes and following up on actions with meeting attendees by set due dates to ensure business objectives are met
- Join Quantity Business Review meetings with key suppliers to conduct meeting notes and keeping an up to date record of this on the quality management system.
- From time to time support the Laboratory Services Management team by answering queries sent from within and outside of the company
- Analysis and Reporting_
- Create new reports and update existing reports for the different teams using Microsoft Excel, Freshservice, Tableau, Q-pulse, Atlas and Dynamics
- Create reports and dashboards for key analytics used to measure departmental KPIs and Metrics
- Generate monthly Laboratory Services Operation Reports and other ad hoc reports deemed necessary by the business
- Monitor departmental performance and produce a monthly report of failed KPIs for Laboratory Services Management review
- From time-to-time support with ad-hoc projects by way of co-ordinating or completing projects actions as required
- Attend different sites within the business if required to meet project objectives

If you have a degree or similar qualification in data analysis or the data analytics field then we would very much like to hear from you. If your skills include administrative duties i.e., diary management, attending meetings and taking notes as well asexperience in generating reports using Microsoft Excel and creating dashboards using interactive data visualization software then this could be an excellent career move. In return you will gain experience working in a supply chain or operations environmentand project exposure. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, possess strong analytical skills and display initiative when carrying out your work.

This is a permanent role paying £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus benefits, and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.
