Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric individual to fill this temporary role. As a Processing Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Dealing with customer enquiries received via phone, email, or other channels

• Following up on enquiries to ensure completion and delivery of excellent customer care

• Providing administrative support to the team, including scanning documents and maintaining filing and archiving records

• Processing payments and submitting purchase orders and invoices through our in-house system

• Communicating with customers on various matters, including return calls in response to enquiry outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
