**The Role;**
- General administrationby accurately maintaining records, updates, and adjustments on an inhouse database
- Responsibility for good all-round customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s incoming and outgoing communications, including error checking
- Effectively managing the office ensuring stationary stocked and all areas tidy in accordance with clear desk policy
- To support the whole team through efficient administration of the processes and responsibilities arising from the clients they manage, liaising with the team as appropriate

**About You;**
- Previous experience within an office administration role
- Excellent customer service
- A desire to learn and gain knowledge of a new sector
- Working knowledge of windows
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisation

**Working Hours**
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00-17:30
- Wednesday 08:30-17:.30
- Friday 09:00-17:00
