Our client in Elstree, a very successful, dynamic, and rapidly growing business, are looking for an Administrator to support their Business Development Team.
They are leaders in their field, with core principals of putting customers’ needs first which is what has helped them to grow into one of the UK’s largest suppliers in their market.
This is an office-based Administration role.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Provide a strong supportive role to the Business Development Managers by processing orders and dealing with carrier enquiries
- Review delivery quotes, making sure samples have been ordered and delivered
- Chasing orders and liaising with the warehouse
- Maintain information on the database, adding relevant communication notes to assist with logistics and sales
- Set up appointments for the Business Development Managers
- Communicating with people from all sectors, such as hotels, leisure parks, student accommodations, hospitals, care homes, universities, and schools
