**The Role**
**BASE LOCATION**: Bellshill (Hybrid)
**SALARY**: £25K - £27K Depending on skills and experience
**WORKING PATTERN**: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)

**Role Description**
Kick ICT are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator/Purchasing Assistant to join our Finance team.

This is an exciting time to join Kick ICT, as the business is going through a period of expansion. Therefore, this role requires someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of meeting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform monthly subscription billing process and ensure completeness and accuracy of sales billing for monthly and annual renewals
- Maintain customer contract database, ensuring accurate customer details and contract pricing/ cost structure is in place
- Lead focal point for software licence and enhancement orders/renewals and queries
- Vouch accuracy of supplier invoices in relation to sales billing and liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
- Respond to both external and internal subscription billing queries in an accurate and timely manner
- Backup for purchasing function for hardware and licence orders: action purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, maintaining delivery dates and communicating order status with wider business

**What do I need?**
- Experience in a similar billing/contracts role, ideally within an IT background
- Previous experience in a purchasing/buying role would be advantageous
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Reliable, trustworthy, organised and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Co-ordinate billing timetable in line with wider Finance month-end timetable
- Capable of working independently but also being an active participant in the wider team
- Experience of operating Microsoft Business Central is desirable but not essential
