**RATE OF PAY MAY BE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE**
We are an electrical contractor based in Bellshill, primarily carrying out electrical works in commercial premises. We also provide multi-trade services as well as building maintenance packages.
We are currently looking to recruit someone to join the team to assist with administration duties ad hoc as well as keeping track of and arranging maintenance works including pre-planned maintenance for many of our clients. This will include tracking due dates and approaching clients to propose quotations, arranging access to various client sites and handling all relevant paperwork.
**Duties include, but are not limited to;**
- Answering telephones
- Answering doors and receiving deliveries
- Issuing purchase orders as required and matching to advice notes. Reconciling supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Typing quotes
- Filing as necessary
- Coordinating pre-planned maintenance including making arrangements with the client and relevant contractor
- Typing PAT Testing certificates/ Electrical Certificates
- Upkeep of spreadsheets
- Progressing live quotes
- Ensuring maintenance quotes are revised and issued as necessary
- Providing general assistance when required
- Light cleaning duties, eg hoovering
- Administration experience is essential
- Experience and confidence with answering telephones and meeting visitors is highly advantageous.
**Hours of work**
Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1700, Friday 0800 - 1500
15 min tea break and 30 min lunch break each day
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
