Commercial Services Co-ordinator

**Purpose of the role**:
As Commercial Services Co-ordinator, you will play a significant role in the day-to-day running of Movianto UK's sales function.
By partnering with Heads of Department and Business Unit Managers in the Commercial team, you will provide hands-on support with commercial project management, key client implementation programmes, project scheduling, and internal liaison and organisation.
You will leverage your exceptional time management skills to co-ordinate actions, deliverables and project milestones to ensure desired outcomes are achieved for set programmes and intiatives.
As a highly organised and driven individual, you will hold numerous stakeholders to account and will deliver efficient and effective administrative support to enable success for the wider sales team.
**Key responsibilities**:
Partner with managers across the commercial function to enable efficient completion of client implementation programmes
Own the organisation and project management of commercial programmes and initatives - including taking minutes; creating and distribution action logs; and owning outcomes for project tasks and timelines
Leverage internal relationships to liaise effectively across the organisation, assigning tasks and ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved

Proven success in a sales support or administrative role within a fast-paced, business-to-business environment
Adaptability, flexibility and a positive approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building functional internal relationships with various stakeholders and various levels of seniority
A critical thinker, with the ability to think autonomously
Able to manage concurrent projects and responsibilties effectively
Excellent time management, diary management, schedule management and duty prioritisation skills
**Experience and skills required**:
Proficient user of Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel (mandatory) and PowerBI (desired)
Proficient user of CRM systems, namely Salesforce
A strong communicator, capable of engaging proactively and assertively at various levels of stakeholder both inside and outside of the organisation
Knowledge of the warehousing, transport, logistics and/or healthcare industries is desirable
**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
