**Remote role, 1 day in the office in Bedford**

**£30k - £35k**

We are recruiting for a PMO Co-ordinator to join a software development company working with customers in finance, local government and healthcare, who will be responsible for ensuring administration and monitoring of projects such that budget, quality,elapsed time, customer satisfaction and risk are monitored and managed effectively.

You will provide support to Project Managers and the PMO Manager, by ensuring we administer and monitor projects such that budget, quality, elapsed time, customer satisfaction and risk are monitored and managed.

You will achieve this by carrying out administration support tasks, offering assistance on project accounting and taking on general administrative tasks such as customer engagement and data entry.

This is a remote-based role suited to someone who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

**Key responsibilities of the PMO Co-ordinator**:

- Ensuring all Sales Orders for products and services are registered and set up correctly within Project Server.
- Engage with clients on projects that have blocks preventing delivery.
- Follow up on weekly and monthly activities to ensure prompt submission of timesheets.
- Run reports and share details with Project Managers on Risks, Issues and projects requiring Baselining.
- Provide updates to Sales and Finance on inflight projects and their status.
- Provide administration of Project Administration Tools and general housekeeping.
- Assist with creation of project views, templates, schedules.

**Desired Experience and Skills**:

- A personable, pro-active, professional approach and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer care and service.
- An organised approach to task and time management.
- Experience of working within Project and PMO delivery
- Ability to pick up new skills and use of new software.
- Good experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with all parties at all levels.
- Prioritise workload, demonstrating good organisational and administrative skills.
- Show a methodical approach to work by developing, documenting, and following procedures and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Work effectively and efficiently with mínimal/no supervision.
