Project Co-ordinator

We are a well-established company that delivers creative interior and exterior refurbishment projects for pubs, hotels, clubs, social clubs, student unions and other leisure establishments.
We are looking for a highly organised, accurate and efficient project co-ordinator to join our small friendly project co-ordination team on a full-time basis.
You will need to have excellent computer skills (including word and excel), a helpful and friendly telephone manner, be able to organise your workload to meet deadlines and communicate well with both the internal and external teams. The role involves working to deadlines, being proactive and thinking on your feet to deliver a seamless service to our Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Directors.
Role involves:
- Taking incoming calls and make calls.
- Organising materials to arrive on site on time.
- Chasing through deliveries, suppliers, subcontractors and raising any issues.
- General administration relating to projects - ensuring schedules, programmes, orders, drawings are all up to date.
- Preparing health & safety paperwork for sites.
- Collating information from suppliers and subcontractors for O&M manuals at the end of the project.
- Typing up minutes from meetings, any documents that are requested by project manager, or directors.
- Organising team meetings, via teams or on site.
- Searching for urgent materials/equipment for the site team.
- Raising RedSky orders, setting up new subcontractors and suppliers (redsky training will be given)
- Approving and querying any invoices
We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday, preferably 8.30am to 4.30pm.
**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
