We are currently looking for a number of **Claims Handlers** to join our team.

MSL is a customer focused claims business, offering claims handling and legal expenses insurance to MGAs, Insurance Brokers and Self-Insured Businesses. We’re a family-owned business and are determined, honest and relentless in helping our customers and each other. We go further to provide the best service, and by doing this we further ourselves.
**The Job**
You will be responsible for converting potential clients who have experienced an accident into our credit hire, repair and personal injury process. You will manage and monitor hire and repair claims and own and manage a caseload from notification of new claim through to point of invoicing or recovery.
**What You Need**
Applicants should have
- Exceptional customer service experience experience
- IT literacy
- Previous experience in claims would be an advantage, but not essential

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
