Recoveries Handler

We are currently looking for a number of **Recoveries Handlers** to join our team.

**The Job**

You will be responsible for effectively managing the recovery of credit hire charges, credit hire repair charges and client's uninsured losses. You will ensure all claims are handled with primary focus on delivering excellent service to all internal and external clients

**What You Need**

Applicants should have
- Exceptional customer service experience experience
- IT literacy - in particular Excel
- Previous experience of working to and being motivated by targets
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Good level of numeracy
- Previous experience in claims would be an advantage, but not essential

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
