Exciting vacancy for a Service Desk Manager, hybrid role, Reading based.
**Your new company**This organisation is a leading document management company that is based in Berkshire. This organisation looking to hire an adept Service Desk Manager, someone who can join smoothly and keep the service desk hitting SLA's and provide excellent leadership totheir new team.
**Your new role**
This is a leadership role responsible for managing and supporting the existing Cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, software platforms, print devices and end user estate to both our internal and external client base.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Asset and configuration management. You know how to conduct life-cycle management for assets including hardware, software, intellectual property, licences and warranties. You know how to manage usage, disposal, compliance, inventory, sustainability, costoptimisation and protection of the asset portfolio.
- Continual service improvement. You can identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement. You know how to drive analysis and identify, prioritise and implement improvements and efficiencies.
- Customer service management. You can use the results of customer satisfaction measurements to improve services.
- Ownership and initiative. You can take ownership of problems and proactively resolve technical problems, Service reporting. You can take management information and consolidate agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Technical understanding. Underpinning your ability to deliver the responsibilities and tasks for the role. User focus. Understand user stories and challenges.
