Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Helpdesk Co-ordinator

Based: Burton-upon-Trent (possible option of hybrid working following probationary period)

Reports to: Director

Full Time / Permanent position

Salary - up to £24k dependent upon experience.

**About this Opportunity**

You will be working in a busy, fast paced environment and will be responsible for processing large amounts of works requests using our Facilities Management System. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customers and will need to provide excellent customer service at all times.

**Experience**

[Essential] Excellent PC based skills, with a good working knowledge of Office 365, in particular Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

[Essential] Excellent customer service skills.

[Desirable] Previous experience of CAFM systems.

**Aptitudes - **[Essential]

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and systematic.

Results / tasks orientated, attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.

Able to work under pressure with changing demands and priorities.
