**Job title**: Contract Administrator

**Reports to**: Office Manager

**Direct reports**: None

**Purpose of the job**: Assist the Office Manager in the day-to-day administration of contracts, projects and operations.

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Raise sales invoices
- Raise purchase orders
- Data entry on project database
- Timesheet processing
- Telephones / customer service
- Accommodation and travel booking
- Expense processing
- Assist with procurement and supplier management
- Other office duties

**Person specification**:

- Computer literate (Office365, database systems)
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of the construction industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Good team ethic
- Attention to detail
- A friendly, positive ‘can do’ attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
