On a typical day you will liaise with engineers, allocate requirements, organise jobs via the requirement portal, assist with/organise reports for the month and support key accounts with administration.
37.5 hours a week:
- Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
Main duties include:
- Communicate with engineers and clients to ensure efficient work
- Control contractor day sheets, timesheets and expenses
- Manage holiday/absence reports for contractors
- Organise pre-planned maintenance jobs
- Plan reactive jobs efficiently
- Plan, schedule and allocate contracts/jobs
- Understand and explain client contracts
- Has experience in an administrative role
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is competent on Microsoft word and excel
- Is prepared to work in a fast paced environment
