Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join our client, based in the South Side of Glasgow.

This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a quality driven business who can offer career development. Hybrid working is available.

Working as part of the Supply Chain Team, you will provide administrative support as well as developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a varied, challenging role where your duties will include:

- Working with the Supply Chain Manager to build and manage a support team to meet the existing and future needs of the business.
- Producing ongoing performance metrics and presenting these to accounts managers, senior managers, and operational teams.
- Working with the commercial team on front end contractual agreements of all managed contracts across multiple clients and contract types.
- Managing operational and commercial internal trackers, risk registers, programme changes, scorecards, and various other reports
- Dealing with procurement of materials, hire and general subcontract packages within the immediate workstream and wider as business needs dictate from order to invoice.
- Assisting the estimating function on procurement related queries in relation to pricing.
- Assisting the commercial team to appoint subcontractors and draft basic subcontract orders.
- Relationship building across the supply chain and ongoing benchmarking to ensure best value and service is being achieved.
- Working with the operational teams to ensure agreed contractual performance is being maintained across all managed contracts.
- Continual review and development of internal processes to ensure the changing needs of all client and contracts are delivered.
- Raising invoice requests to support Commercial Team - Managing travel arrangements for staff and engineers
- Working with Managers and Training Department on staff and operative training requirements by organising and planning ahead
- Coordinating & supporting all deliverables from project inception to closeout of O&M manuals.
- Managing all site documentation via electronic and hard copy filing in accordance with the company quality management system and network filing structure.
- Additional administration duties, as required

You must be a confident and capable administrator and will ideally have experience of working in a construction or facilities management environment. A working knowledge of procurement processes is essential for this role as is the ability to complete work accurately and within agreed timescales.
